Drinking milk may help you get rid of unwanted weight?

Hey everyone, since this is my first post I thought share something interesting like... eating more calcium results in losing more fat via the stool?

I've been trying hard to stay clear of dairy products all this while until I saw this on WebMD..
Drinking higher amounts of milk or eating other dairy foods may help you win the battle of the bulge, according to new research published online in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
It's not like I'm gonna have a diary buffet after reading this, but it's comforting to know that I don't have to feel super guilty after having that large mug of latte! Plus, it's great that they get a second opinion on the topic so people reading it can have a balanced view.
